  • Areas of Use:
In areas subjected to medium-heavy load, abrasion and high chemical impact, it is used in the following places to form a smooth, uniform and decorative wear layer:

    · Food production facilities, wet or dry areas, freezers or

    · coolers, thermal shock areas

    · Chemical plants

    · Laboratories

    · Workshops

    Features / Advantages:

    · Excellent chemical resistance. Resistant to a wide range of organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, amines, salts and solvents. Please refer to the Chemical Resistance Table or our Technical Department

    · Similar coefficient of thermal expansion as concrete, allowing it to move with the surface in normal thermal cycling. Maintains its physical properties and performance over a wide temperature range from -40ºC (-40ºF) to +120ºC (239ºF)

    · Adhesion strength is higher than the tensile strength of concrete. Concrete collapses first.

    · Stain-free, odourless

    · No Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)

    · It has high mechanical strength. It behaves plastic under impact. Changes shape but does not crack or separate from the surface.

    · Provides high abrasion resistance as a result of its silica aggregate structure

    · After adequate surface preparation and with a tensile strength of 1.5 MPa (218 psi), it can be applied on 7 or 10 days old concrete

    · Jointless. Also does not require expansion joints; existing expansion joints

    · Easy to maintain.
